Saturday sun
Came early one morning
In a sky so clear and blue 
Saturday sun 
Came without warning
So no one knew what to do
…

‘Saturday sun’ is a photo in the series ‘I dreamed myself a path’, part of the gallery ‘Enchanted forests‘.

I made these photo autumn 2016, early in the morning while cycling through a small forest close to where I lived in the city of Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

As I drove there, Nick Drake’s song ‘Saturday sun’ came into my mind…
