Trees tell stories, sometimes stories from a long time ago…
These abstract realistic and impressionist photos are all made in forests and parks in and around the city of Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
I started adding links to Saatchi Art, and to contact forms with which you can ask for a quote.
Even if the links have not yet been added, the photo is of course available as a fine art print. In that case, please fill in the general contact form.

Hear the sun
Playing on the trees,
Illuminates the world with
Pencil colored thoughts
Snowflakes dance with bashful sunbeams
on the yawn of an early winter morning
Gathering in morning haze,
tree after tree emerges
from the veils of the night
The morning sun dances
from branch to branch,
whispering words of light
to awaken the spirits of the trees
their foliage of light
A shower of golden sunlight, dripping
like a shimmering waterfall
down the emerald green canopy
The warm sunlight rustles through
the leaves of the trees, as if
it is playing hide and seek with itself.
Ignorant birds listen
to the whispering
stories of green
A sunny afternoon, I slowly walk over a forest path.
It is quiet, not a single bird sings a song.
Time seems to stand still, like the waters in a swamp.
A moment of reflection.
